Headliner Replacement plus sun visor re-cover.

Before attempting to carry out this replacement be sure that it is understood what is required and what to watch out for i.e. tools, workspace, brittle plastics - new liner or recovering old. If fitting a glass fibre replacement it will be covered in glass fibre debris which is an irritant.

That has to be replaced!
Seats out to allow headling to exit through rear door.
Gravity is not on ones side when changing a headlining
Disconnect Rear View Mirror Connector
Headlining harness Connector
Disconnect Headlining Harness from Under The rear parcel shelf
Remove through rear door being carefull not to crack card if intending to re-use it.
Rear View Mirror Connector
This doesn't have to be stripped but I wanted to give it all a good clean.
Centre console stripped out to allow wiring for headrest screens to be routed
New headliner
Components test fitted to new headlining
Rear interior parts for cleaning
Seat backs opened up to route cable from headrests down to floor centre console
I wish I hadn't started this
Newly covered sun visor (not for the faint hearted)
Turned out rather well after all.

A/C Commissioned this morning

New A/C condenser commissioned/charged with refrigerant, so spent a couple of hours building back up the front end.
