Cooling Radiator, AC Condenser, Water Pump, Hoses, Crank Pulley Oil Seal Replacement.

Front Bumper and Crash Bar removed for ease of access and Headlights removed for restoration.

A/C Rad blown and cooling rad damaged
Front End Disassembly underway
Removing Radiators
Damaged corroded harness wire found
Bypass connector fitted to fix harness wire issue
Evidence that Crank Pulley seal is leaking
Ready to remove hoses, thermostat housing, water pump, idlers and Aux Drive Belt
Oil leak cleaned up - Removing Crankshaft Pulley
Water pump ready to strip
Water pump separated for replacement
Idlers and crank pulley refurbished
Crank seal removed
Pressing in new crank seal
Crank seal fitted
Fitting crank pulley with new stretch bolt
Idlers, water pump and Aux belt fitted
New Thermostat housing and main hoses fitted
New Cooling Rad fitted and connected to hoses and gearbox cooling pipes.
Electric Fan and Cowling fitted
Header Tank re-fitted
Foam insulation fitted to Rad ready to receive A/C Condenser
A/C Condenser installed along with Rad side foam Insulators
System pressure tested for leaks
System filled with Deionised water and flushing fluid. Coolant added after flush.
Creating vacuum in cooling system in readiness to add final fill of 50% coolant and 50% deionised water
A/C System commissioned - refit of front end underway
Airbox and MAF system re-fitted

A/C Commissioned this morning

New A/C condenser commissioned/charged with refrigerant, so spent a couple of hours building back up the front end.
